This Privacy Policy describes how the Customer Care App ("the App", "we", "our", or "us") handles information when you use the mobile application.

The App provides quick access to customer support contact details (phone numbers, emails, and helplines) for various companies and allows users to save voice notes and quick-dial shortcuts locally on their device.

1. Information We Collect

We do NOT collect personal information such as:

  • Name
  • Phone number
  • Email address
  • Contacts
  • Location
  • Account details
  • Banking or payment information

Locally Stored Data (On Your Device Only)

The App stores the following strictly on your device and never uploads it to our servers:

  • Saved companies / favorites
  • Quick dial shortcuts
  • Voice notes attached to companies
  • Recently used companies ranking (used to show frequently used companies at the top)

This data remains fully offline and under your control. Uninstalling the App deletes this data.

2. Permissions Used

3. Advertising

  • App interaction events

This information is collected by the advertising provider, not by us, and is used solely to display ads. Please review the privacy policy of the respective ad provider for details.

We do not control how third-party advertisers use this data.

4. Data Sharing

We do NOT sell, rent, or share any user data because we do not collect personal user data.

All user-created data remains stored locally on the device.

5. Company Logos & Trademarks

The App may display publicly recognizable company names and logos strictly for identification and quick customer support access purposes.

All trademarks and logos belong to their respective owners. If any company requests removal or modification, we comply promptly upon receiving notice at the contact email below.

6. Children’s Privacy

The App does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 years of age. Since no personal data collection exists, the App is considered safe for general audiences.

7. Data Security

Because user data is stored locally on the device and not transmitted to our servers, risk of remote data exposure is minimal. Users are responsible for securing their own device.
